The Externals Group recruits exclusively for the roofing industry. We don’t dabble in construction generalism – roofing is all we do.

As members of both the NFRC and NRCA, we’re embedded in the industry on both sides of the Atlantic. We understand the market, the work, and the people.

Our focus is accuracy, consistency, and long-term fit. We’d rather place one right candidate than send ten wrong ones.
